Overview

Sevenoaks District Council are in the early stages of proposals to provide more parking, regenerate the FTRA Club, the shop and surrounding areas and provide some new homes. 

What happens next

The live consultation period has now closed. Thank you for your feedback following our recent consultation on our early ideas for the Farmstead Drive redevelopment. We will now use your feedback from the discussions at the events and from your completed surveys to help develop our proposals. We will consult with you again later in the summer prior to submitting a planning application.
