Eynsford Conservation Area Review
Overview
Sevenoaks District Council is undertaking a review of Eynsford Conservation Area and its appraisal.
Conservation area appraisals help Sevenoaks District Council and local communities to preserve the special character of conservation areas. Please see the accompanying Introduction to Conservation Areas for further information about conservation areas and appraisals.
This work is part of a rolling programme to review our conservation areas within the District and we are also currently reviewing Farningham and Kemsing Conservation Areas.
We started this work in autumn last year. Following an initial stage of public engagement with members of the local community, we have updated the Conservation Area Appraisal as well as the accompanying Introduction to Conservation Areas and Conservation Area Design Guidance documents.
We are now formally consulting the public on the draft appraisal and proposed changes to the conservation areas.
