Overview

Fawkham Parish Council have prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan, which sets out a vision for the future of the Parish and planning policies which, once made, will be used to determine planning applications locally.

Fawkham Parish Council formally submitted the Fawkham Neighbourhood Plan proposal to Sevenoaks District Council on Wednesday 10th April 2024.

In accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the submission includes the following documents:

Publicising the Neighbourhood Plan Proposal (Regulation 16)

In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Sevenoaks District Council is now publicising the Plan proposal for a period of six weeks, from Friday 7th June until Friday 19th July 2024.

Why your views matter

This is a final opportunity for the local community to comment on the Neighbourhood Plan, before it is submitted for independent examination, and we would love to hear your views.

Comments can be submitted using the online form on this webpage. The supporting documents are available to download above. 

Printed copies of the draft submission Plan are also available for public inspection during normal opening hours at:

  • Sevenoaks District Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1HG
  • Available upon request from 6 Small Grains, Fawkham, DA3 8NT

Online responses are preferred, however if you are unable to respond via our interactive form, a PDF version of the survey is available to download and print below. These can be posted to: The Strategic Planning Team, Sevenoaks District Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1HG.
