Sevenoaks District Local Plan - Regulation 18 Consultation (Autumn 2025)

You can comment on our new Local Plan from Thursday 23 October to 11.59pm on Thursday 11 December 2025.

The Local Plan will guide how new developments are delivered between 2027 and 2042. It will include potential development sites, proposed by landowners, to meet the Government's significantly increased housing target of 17,175 new homes. That's 1,145 new homes every year, a 63% increase on the previous housing target.

Attend a 'Pop-up' Session

Meet with our Planning Policy team to hear more about the proposals.

The sessions will include a short presentation by our Planning Policy team, a chance to view exhibition boards and consultation materials, and a question and answer session.
