In order to qualify to join the Sevenoaks District Council Housing Register you need to meet the local connection criteria as set out in the Policy. Currently applicants over 55 who would like to apply for over 55s housing do not have to meet the local connection criteria. We are proposing to remove this exception. Do you agree with the proposal to change the local connection criteria for over 55s?
